Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement:
    • Clients must notify us at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.
    • Notifications can be made via phone, text, or through our online booking system.
  2. Late Cancellations:
    • If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
  3. No-Shows:
    • If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided any notice, the $50 cancellation fee will also apply.
  4. Cancellation Fees:
    • The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or will need to be paid before booking any future appointments.
  5. Emergencies and Special Circumstances:
    • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
