At Oasis Medspa & IV Bar, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and ensure that our clients are satisfied with their treatments. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

  1. Treatment Satisfaction:
    • We do not offer refunds on treatments. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately. Our team will work with you to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.
  2. Service Exchange:
    • While we do not provide refunds, we do offer the flexibility to trade your pre-purchased treatments for a different service of equal or lesser value. Please speak with our team or your service provider to arrange an exchange. The service exchange is subject to availability and the discretion of management.
  3. Pre-Paid Packages and Series:
    • Pre-paid packages and series are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person or used for a different service of equal or lesser value.
  4. Product Refunds:
    • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
    • Opened products may not be returned.
  5. Special Promotions and Discounts:
    • Services purchased as part of a special promotion, package, or at a discounted rate cannot be combined with other offers.
  6. Gift Cards:
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used for any service or product offered at our medspa.
  7. Deposits:
    • Deposits for services are non-refundable. They can be applied to rescheduled appointments if the cancellation policy is adhered to.
  8. Consultations:
    • Consultation fees are non-refundable but can be applied towards the cost of a treatment if booked within 30 days of the consultation.
